Varrone was born of the passion of Massimo Minutelli and the flash of inspiration from the brilliant Asador Etxebarrian restaurant during a trip to Spain. The first venue opened in Lucca, followed by Milan. Places seriously devoted to good cuisine, with raw materials and their presentation in a menu that is not trendy, but instead follows the passions of its creator.
